Dieting.
Right now EVERYBODY thinks their fat. Even the skinniest pin prick. I guess it's a part of life, it is UNDERSTANDABLE. However eating only, for example, lettuce leaves for breakfast, skipping lunch and eating lettuce leaves for dinner is NOT good for you.
SURE it'll help you get SKINNY but its not the kind of skinny you're aiming for. You want chic, sexy skinny but what you'll get is GAUNT, bony, hollow- eyed DEAD LOOKING skinny.
You want to look like GISELE BUNDCHEN, so does the rest of the world, but literally STARVING yourself is NOT the way to go. Eat BREAKFAST - cereal, have LUNCH - chicken salad and some bread and for DINNER- chicken noodles.
Walk your DOG, jog down your street, DANCE. These are healthy, FUN ways to lose weight and look *FAB*.
Come on now. We're all starving to succeed but not LITERALLY..
